常熟守賊駱國忠以城降，譚紹光來爭，陷福山，翼升赴援，進攻河西、白茅、徐六涇諸口。 Changshu's commander Luo Guozhong surrendered the city; Tan Shaoguang contested it and seized Fushan. Yisheng hurried to help and pushed the passes at Hexi, Baimao, and Xuliujing.

二年正月，翼升會常勝軍克福山，駱國忠見西山火起，突圍出，圍乃解。 In the first month of year two he and the Ever-Victorious Army took Fushan; Luo Guozhong saw flames on West Mountain, broke out, and the siege lifted.
