贊曰：夏之立國舊矣，其臣羅世昌譜敘世次稱，元魏衰微，居松州者因以舊姓為托跋氏。 The encomium says: Xia's founding is ancient. Minister Luo Shichang's genealogical account states that when Northern Wei declined, those dwelling at Song Prefecture took their old surname and became the Tuoba clan.
