湜善視其孥，遂因佔鼇來降，數其罪誅之，並斬馬五麻諸悍目，賜號奇車伯巴圖魯。 He treated their families well; when Zhan'ao surrendered he listed their crimes and executed them, beheaded fierce leaders including Ma Wuma, and was awarded the Manchu title Qichebo Batulu.
