戊子，升永、嶽二州為團練使額，改湘川縣為全州，從馬希範之奏也。 On the wuzi day, Yong and Yue prefectures were elevated to regimental training commissioner status, and Xiangchuan County was renamed Quan Prefecture, at the request of Ma Xifan.

戊申，湖南節度使馬希範加天策上將軍。 On the wushen day, Ma Xifan, military governor of Hunan, was promoted to supreme general of the Tiance Army.

丙辰，谿州刺史彭士愁，以錦、獎之兵與蠻部萬人掠辰、澧二境，湖南節度使馬希範遣牙兵拒之而退。 On the bingchen day, Peng Shichou, prefect of Xi Prefecture, led troops from Jin and Jiang and ten thousand tribal warriors in a raid on Chen and Li; Ma Xifan, military governor of Hunan, sent troops to repel them and they withdrew.
