雍正十一年，再為邁柱嚴參，明如移駐平山寨儗抗拒，為石樑長官司張彤砫催迫，明如自盡。 In Yongzheng 11 (1733) he was again severely impeached by Mai Zhu; Mingru moved his headquarters to Pingshan Stockade intending to resist, was pressed by Zhang Tongzhu of the Shiliang Chief Official, and took his own life.
