禮部侍郎滿尚賓、吏部侍郎掩篤剌哈自鳳翔還京師。 Vice minister of rites Man Shangbin and vice minister of personnel Yan Dulaqa returned to the capital from Fengxiang.

先是，尚賓等持詔諭思齊開通川蜀道路，思齊方兵爭，不奉詔，尚賓等留鳳翔一年，至是始還。 Earlier Shangbin and the others had carried an edict instructing Siqi to open routes into Sichuan; Siqi was then fighting and did not obey; Shangbin and the others had remained at Fengxiang for a year and only now returned.
