保寧，圖伯特氏，蒙古正白旗人，靖逆將軍納穆札勒子。 Bao Ning belonged to the Tubote clan, a Mongol of the Plain White Banner, and was the son of Pacification General Namuzhale.

乾隆中，納穆札勒殉節回疆，錫封三等公。 In the Qianlong era, Namuzhale gave his life defending the frontier in the Western Regions and was posthumously granted the title of third-rank duke.
