汝愚以樞臣獨不避殞身滅族之禍，奉太皇太后命，翊陛下以登九五，勳勞著於社稷，精忠貫於天地，乃卒受黯黮而去，天下後世其謂何？」 Ruyu alone, as Military Affairs controller, risked death and the destruction of his clan, obeyed the Grand Empress Dowager, and helped Your Majesty to the throne. His merit stands on the altars, his loyalty reaches heaven and earth—yet he is cast out in disgrace. What will the world say?"

初，汝愚嘗夢孝宗授以湯鼎，背負白龍升天，後翼寧宗以素服登大寶，蓋其驗也，而讒者以爲言。 Earlier Ruyu had dreamed that Xiaozong handed him a hot cauldron and that he mounted heaven bearing a white dragon on his back; later he helped Ningzong ascend the throne in plain mourning garb—this was its fulfillment, but slanderers made it grounds for accusation.

理宗詔配享寧宗廟庭，追封福王，其後進封周王。 Lizong ordered him enshrined in Ningzong's temple, enfeoffed him as Prince of Fu, and later advanced the title to Prince of Zhou.
