獠人熟玄名,棄兵仗,羅拜馬首曰:「我曹非不畏法,緣訴某事於縣,縣官不為直,反以徭役橫斂掊克之,情有弗堪,乃發憤就死耳。 The Liao people knew Xuan's name. They cast aside their weapons, bowed in rows before his horse, and said: "We are not unafraid of the law. We could not bear it, so we gave way to anger and faced death.
