而龐尚鵬總理江北鹽屯，尋移九邊，與總督王崇古，先後區畫屯政甚詳。 Pang Shangpeng directed the Jiangbei salt colonies and was soon transferred to the Nine Borders. He and Governor-General Wang Chonggu successively drew up detailed plans for garrison farming.
