梁世為國子周易生，射策舉高第，除祕書郎、太子舍人、宣惠武陵王主簿、輕車河東王功曹史。 Under Liang he studied the Book of Changes at the national university, took top marks in the archery-and-writing examination, and served as secretary, mentor to the heir apparent, personal secretary to the Prince of Wuling of Xuanhui, and records officer to the Prince of Hedong.
