元徽中，出爲晉安王安西記室參軍，還爲司徒主簿，山陰令，轉司徒錄事參軍。 Under Yuanhui he went out as secretary on the Prince of Jin'an's pacification of the west, came back as Situ chief clerk and magistrate of Shanyin, then became Situ recorder.
