及賊逼城，衆皆恟懼，侃偽稱得射書，云「邵陵王、西昌侯已至近路」。 As the enemy closed in, panic spread; Kan claimed a captured dispatch: “The Prince of Shaoling and the Marquis of Xichang are almost here.”
