轉太子舍人，新安王北中郎主簿，西陽王撫軍功曹，江夏王太尉東曹掾，遷中書郎。 He served successively as Heir Apparent Attendant, Chief Clerk to Prince Xin'an's Northern Central Command, Staff Officer on Prince Xiyang's Pacification Army staff, Eastern Bureau Adjutant on Prince Jiangxia's Grand Commandant staff, and was promoted to Secretariat Gentleman.
