顯宗宣懿淑聖皇后，名普顏怯里迷失，弘吉剌氏。 Empress Xuanyi Shusheng of Emperor Xianzong was named Buyan Qilimishi of the Hongjira clan.

泰定元年，追尊宣懿淑聖皇后，其冊文曰：「祗纘皇圖，方弘仁孝之化； In 1324 she was posthumously honored as Empress Xuanyi Shusheng. The investiture text read: "Reverently continuing the imperial design, broadly extending the transformation of benevolence and filial piety;

欽惟皇妣晉王妃弘吉剌氏，淑侔周姒，賢邁虞嬪。 Reverently considering our imperial mother, Princess of Jin of the Hongjira clan: gentle as Zhou's Si, worthy beyond Yu's Bin.

謹遣攝太尉某奉玉冊玉寶，上尊諡曰宣懿淑聖皇后。 We respectfully send the Acting Grand Commandant to present the jade book and jade seal and confer the honorific posthumous title Empress Xuanyi Shusheng.
