乙未，兩浙節度使、檢校太尉、兼侍中、吳越國王錢宏俶加檢校太師、兼中書令、東南面兵馬都元帥。 On yiwei Qian Hongchu, military governor of the Two Zhes, Acting Grand Commandant, Concurrent Palace Attendant, and King of Wuyue, was promoted to Acting Grand Preceptor, Concurrent Chief Councilor, and Grand Marshal of the southeast.

宏俶，故吳越王元瓘之子也。 Hongchu was a son of the former King of Wuyue, Qian Yuanguan.

先是，其兄宏倧襲父位，尋為部下所廢，以宏俶代之，故特加是命焉。 Earlier his elder brother Hongzong had succeeded their father, but was soon deposed by his own men and replaced by Hongchu; he therefore received this special promotion.
