至正二十一年，更命少保、知樞密院事老章，以兵十萬擊之，且俾阿魯輝帖木兒之弟忽都帖木兒從征軍中，遂大敗其衆。 In Zhizheng 21 he sent Junior Guardian and Privy Council director Lao Zhang with one hundred thousand men, including Arugh Temür's brother Qutu Temür in the army, and they crushed the rebel force.

於是加老章太傅，脫驩知遼陽行樞密院事，仍以忽都帖木兒襲封陽翟王，而宗王囊加等，悉議加封。 Lao Zhang was made Grand Tutor, Toqan director of the Liaoyang Branch Privy Council, Qutu Temür enfeoffed as Prince of Yangdi, and Princes Nangia and others were all considered for enhanced titles.
