湘州平，世祖乃下詔曰：昔四罪難弘，大媯之所無赦，九黎亂德，少昊之所必誅。 Once Xiangzhou was pacified, Shizu issued an edict: "In antiquity, the Four Crimes could not be broadly pardoned, and Great Gui showed them no mercy; when the Nine Li corrupted virtue, Shaohao had to punish them."
