黃宗羲與之遊，同入天童，僧少焰有膂力，四五人不能掣其手，稍近來咸，蹶然負痛。 Huang Zongxi often kept his company. Once they entered Tiantong Monastery together. The monk Shaoyan was immensely strong — four or five men together could not wrest his hand loose — yet when he drew a little near Laixian, he suddenly crumpled in pain.
