時濟陰太守申闡據睢陵城起義，索兒率靈越等攻之。 At that time Jiyin Administrator Shen Chan had risen in loyalist revolt at Suiling. Suo'er led Lingyue and the others to attack him.

索兒使令孫說闡令降，闡既降，索兒執闡及令孫，並殺之。 Suo'er had Lingsun persuade Chan to surrender. Once Chan submitted, Suo'er seized both men and had them killed.
