二月己酉，以迷離己同知樞密院，黃翩為兵馬都部署，達骨只副之，赦石為都監，引軍城混同江、疏木河之間。 On jiyou day of the second month Miliji was appointed Associate Privy Commissioner; Huang Pian was made army cavalry commander with Dabguzhi as vice and Sheshi as overseer, and led troops to fortify the area between Hun River and Shumu River.
