時賊陷徽州各屬，桂清檄知府石景芬、副將魁齡等，攻复徽州府城及休寧，分佈所部於昌化、於潛、淳安，杜賊來路。 When rebels overran Huizhou's counties, Guiqing ordered prefect Shi Jingfen, vice commander Kui Ling, and others to retake Huizhou city and Xiuning and post troops at Changhua, Yuqian, and Chun'an to cut rebel routes.
