二十八年，俄羅斯使臣費耀多囉等至尼布楚，命內大臣索額圖等往會，令發黑龍江兵千五百人為衛。 In Kangxi 28 (1689), when Russian envoys led by Fyodor reached Nerchinsk, Grand Minister of the Imperial Household Songgotu was sent to meet them with fifteen hundred Heilongjiang troops as guard.
