三月，矯詔使黃門孫慮齋至許昌以害太子。
In the third month, she forged an edict and sent the Yellow Gate attendant Sun Lü to carry the pills to Xuchang and kill the crown prince.
慮以告劉振，振乃徙太子于小坊中，絕不與食，宮中猶於牆壁上過食與太子。
Lü reported this to Liu Zhen, who moved the crown prince to a small compound and denied him food. Palace personnel still passed food to him over the walls.
慮乃逼太子以藥，太子不肯服，因如廁，慮以藥杵椎殺之，太子大呼，聲聞於外。
Sun Lü then tried to force the medicine on the crown prince, but he refused to take it. When the crown prince went to the privy, Lü beat him to death with a medicine pestle. The crown prince cried out loudly, and his cries could be heard outside.
及賈庶人死，乃誅劉振、孫慮、程據等，冊復太子曰：「皇帝使使持節、兼司空、衛尉伊策故皇太子之靈曰：嗚呼！
When Deposed Commoner Jia died, they executed Liu Zhen, Sun Lü, Cheng Ju, and others, and posthumously restored the crown prince; the edict read: "The emperor dispatches the credential-bearer, concurrent Director of Works, Commandant of the Guard Yi to announce by patent to the spirit of the late crown prince: Alas!
