肅宗時，議欲送蠕蠕主阿那瓌還國，慶賓上表固爭，不從。 Under Suzong, when the court debated sending the Rouran ruler Anagui home, Qingbin memorialized in firm opposition; the throne would not listen.

肅宗時，行潁州事，與蕭衍將裴之禮戰歿。 Under Suzong he acted for Ying Province and fell fighting Liang general Pei Zhili.
