田弘正遇害，穆宗以全略故鎮州將，召問所欲言，全略多陳利害，冀合帝意，且請盡死力以報，遂授德州刺史。 After Tian Hongzheng's murder, Muzong summoned the former Zhenzhou officer Quanlüe for his views; Quanlüe laid out the strategic pros and cons, pledged his utmost loyalty, and was named prefect of Dezhou.
