尋從師自伊犁逐剿諸回部，至善塔斯巔，招降布魯特頭人圖魯啟拜、鄂庫及其部眾，搜捕阿里瑪圖河逸賊。 He soon followed the army from Ili in the pursuit and suppression of the Muslim districts as far as Shantasi Peak, induced the Burut leaders Turuqibai and Eku and their people to surrender, and hunted down fugitive bandits along the Alimatu River.
