會福達魯花赤完卜，藉丞相勢，宿衛東宮，其行頗淫穢，御史劾之，完卜藏御史大夫家，有壬捕而遣之。 Wanbu, darughachi of Huifu, relying on the chancellor's backing, served in the Eastern Palace guard. His conduct was grossly licentious. When censors impeached him, he hid in the censor-in-chief's house. Youren seized him and had him removed.
