翰林學士李石更名安弼，偕故三司使高黨往燕山，說宋王安中曰：「平州帶甲萬餘，覺有文武材，可用為屏翰； The Hanlin academician Li Shi changed his name to An Bi and went to Yanshan with Gao Dang, former commissioner of the Three Fiscal Agencies. They told the Song commander Wang Anzhong, "Ping Prefecture has more than ten thousand armed men, and Jue has both civil and military ability. He could be a powerful shield for Song;

安中深然之，令安弼與黨詣宋。 Anzhong deeply agreed; he ordered An Bi and Dang to go to Song.

宋主詔帥臣王安中、詹度厚加安撫，與免三年常賦。 The Song lord decreed the commander Wang Anzhong and Zhan Du to treat them generously and exempt three years' regular levies.
