三年春正月辛未朔，高麗國王楨遣其臣元忠奉表稱賀，貢方物。 Third year of Zhishun, spring, first month, on xinwei new moon, the King of Goryeo Zhen dispatched his minister Yuanzhong to present a memorial offering congratulations and tribute goods.

初，燾有疾，命其子楨襲王爵，至是燾疾愈，故復位。 Previously Chon had been ill and ordered his son Zhen to succeed to the kingly title; now Chon's illness had healed, so he resumed the position.
