神宗立，進舒國長公主，改蜀國，下嫁左衛將軍王詵。 When Shenzong took the throne, she was promoted to Senior Princess of Shu, redesignated Princess of Shu (Sichuan), and married Wang Shen, a general of the Left Guard.

主性不妒忌，王詵以是自恣，嘗貶官。 The princess was not jealous by nature; Wang Shen took advantage of this and was once demoted.

至是，帝命還詵官，以慰主意。 At this point the emperor ordered Wang Shen's office restored to comfort her.

賜金帛六千，且問所須，但謝復詵官而已。 He gave her six thousand in gold and silks and asked what she wished for, but she thanked him only for restoring Wang Shen's office.

詵不矜細行，至與妾奸主旁，妾數抵戾主。 Wang Shen was careless in small matters; he even lay with a concubine in the princess's presence, and the woman repeatedly insulted her.

既葬，謫詵均州。 After her burial, Wang Shen was exiled to Junzhou.
