會大都督廬江王瑗反，欲奪君廓兵以委王詵。 When the Grand Commander, Prince of Lujiang Li Yuan, rebelled, he tried to strip Wang Junguo of his command and hand the troops to Wang Shen.

君廓本紿瑗使亂為己功，乃從數騎候詵，留騎於外，曰：「聞呼聲則入。」 Wang Junguo had originally tricked Li Yuan into rebellion so that he might claim the credit for putting it down. He rode with a few followers to visit Wang Shen, leaving his men outside with orders: "At the sound of a cry, rush in."

乃獨款詵，詐曰：「有急變，當白！」 He then went in alone to see Wang Shen and lied: "There is an emergency—you must be told at once!"

詵方沐，握發出，即斬之，因執瑗。 Wang Shen was bathing. He came out holding up his hair; Wang Junguo beheaded him at once and then seized Li Yuan.
