王師範襲梁，圍齊州，友寧引兵擊之，奪馬千匹，斬首數千級。 Wang Shifan struck Liang and invested Qizhou; Youning met him, captured a thousand horses, and took thousands of heads.

太祖復遣攻師範，圍博昌，屠之，清河為之不流。 Taizu sent him against Shifan again; he invested Bochang and massacred the city until the Qing River ran with blood and would not flow.
