丙申，以威勝軍節度副使羅周嶽為給事中，中書舍人李詳改禮部侍郎，禮部侍郎呂琦改刑部侍郎，刑部侍郎王松改戶部侍郎，戶部侍郎閻至改兵部侍郎，中書舍人王易簡充史館修撰，判館事。 On the bingshen day, Luo Zhouyue was appointed supervising secretary; Li Xiang became vice minister of rites; Lü Qi, vice minister of justice; Wang Song, vice minister of revenue; Yan Zhi, vice minister of war; and Wang Yijian, compiler of the Historiography Institute, was placed in charge of its affairs.
