貞祐二年，宣宗遷汴，完顏福興行尚書事，留守燕，辟為左右司員外郎。 In the second year of Zhenyou, when Emperor Xuanzong relocated to Bian, Wanyan Fuxing stayed behind in Yan as acting director of the Department of State Affairs and recruited Chucai as outer vice director of the left and right bureaus.
