世宗大定二年，以正隆之後倉廩久匱，遣太子少師完顏守道等，山東東、西路收糴軍糧，除戶口歲食外，盡令納官，給其直。 In Shizong's Dading 2 (1162), with granaries depleted since the Zhenglong era, Junior Tutor Wanyan Shoudao was sent to eastern and western Shandong to buy army grain, requiring households to sell all surplus beyond annual rations at fair price.
