族弟翽 Clansman Hui

載族弟翽。 Zai's younger clansman was Hui.

翽字子羽，少有志操。 Hui, styled Ziyu, had ambition and integrity from youth.

翽弱冠喪父，哀毀甚至，養母、撫孤兄弟子，以仁孝著稱。 Hui lost his father at about twenty and wasted himself with extreme grief. He supported his mother and cared for the orphaned sons of his brothers, becoming known for kindness and filial piety.

高祖為南徐州刺史，召為征北參軍，尋監義興郡。 When the Founder was inspector of Southern Xuzhou, he summoned Hui as campaign-north aide; soon Hui supervised Yixing commandery.

翽素有名望，每大事恆令俠侍左右，時人榮之，號曰「俠御將軍」。 Hui had long had reputation and standing, and at every major event he was always ordered to attend at the ruler's side. People of the time honored this and called him the "Attendant-Guard General."
