此後四年，衛青比歲十餘萬眾擊胡，斬捕首虜之士受賜黃金二十餘萬斤，而漢軍士馬死者十餘萬，兵甲轉漕之費不與焉。 In the following four years, Wei Qing year after year led more than one hundred thousand troops to strike the Hu. Soldiers who cut off heads and captured enemies received rewards of more than two hundred thousand jin of gold, while more than one hundred thousand Han soldiers and horses died, not counting the costs of armor and transport.
