命偕河督吳璥、巡撫同興按河督李亨特貪劣不職狀，得實以聞。
He was ordered, together with River Director Wu Jing and Governor Tongxing, to investigate River Director Li Hengte's greed and incompetence. The charges were substantiated and reported.
鴻賓自巡漕時講求疏泉濟運之策，至是疏瀹上游，湖水通暢，瀦蓄充盈，漕運無阻，被褒獎，命赴睢工，會同吳璥塞河。
