太史公曰：余尋曹共公之不用僖負羈，乃乘軒者三百人，知唯德之不建。 The Grand Historian says: I traced how Duke Gong of Cao failed to employ Xi Fu Ji, though he had three hundred men who rode in fine carriages, and I saw that virtue alone had not been established.
