二年，御彬以追緝澤蛟為名，潛結容美土司田旻如、桑植土司向國棟，率土兵搶虜保靖民財。 In the second year (1724), Peng Yubin, claiming to pursue Zejiao, secretly allied with Rongmei chieftain Tian Minru and Sangzhi chieftain Xiang Guodong and led native troops to plunder the property of Baojing commoners.

長庚子向國棟殘虐，與容美、永順、茅岡各土司相仇殺，民不堪命。 Chang Geng's son Xiang Guodong ruled with brutal cruelty, feuding with the Rongmei, Yongshun, and Maogang chieftains in mutual slaughter until the people could endure no more.

雍正四年，土經歷唐宗聖與國棟弟國柄等相率赴愬，總督傅敏入奏，乃繳追印篆，國棟安置河南，以其地為桑植縣。 In Yongzheng 4 (1726), native registrar Tang Zongsheng joined Guodong's brother Guobing and others in a joint appeal to the throne. After Governor-General Fu Min memorialized, the seals were recalled, Guodong was resettled in Henan, and his domain was converted to Sangzhi County.
