二年春正月癸巳朔，以裴玄感為翰林承旨，邢祥給事中，石用中翰林學士，呂德推樞密直學士，張儉政事舍人，邢抱質加開府儀同三司、守司空兼侍中，王繼忠中京留守、檢校太師，戶部侍郎劉涇加工部尚書，駙馬蕭紹宗加檢校太師，耶律控溫加政事令，封幽王。 In the second year, on the guisi new moon of the first spring month, Pei Xuangan was appointed Hanlin Academician-in-Attendance, Xing Xiang Supervising Secretary, Shi Yongzhong Hanlin Academician, Lü Detui Privy Council Academician, and Zhang Jian Political Affairs Attendant; Xing Baozhi was promoted to Acting Minister of Works with Extraordinary Honorific Equal to Three Councillors and Concurrent Palace Grand Secretary; Wang Jizhong was made Central Capital regent and Acting Grand Preceptor; Vice Minister of Revenue Liu Jing was promoted to Minister of Works; imperial son-in-law Xiao Shaozong was promoted to Acting Grand Preceptor; and Yelü Kongwen was promoted to Political Affairs Commissioner and enfeoffed as King of You.
