十二月丁卯朔，遣耶律遂英、王永錫充賀宋太后生辰，蕭速撒、馬保永充賀正旦使副。 On the dingmao new moon of the twelfth month Yelü Suiying and Wang Yongxi were dispatched as chief and deputy envoys to congratulate the Song Empress Dowager on her birthday, and Xiao Susa and Ma Baoyong as chief and deputy envoys to congratulate Song on New Year's Day.
