乙未，西南招討使、政事令斜軫奏党項諸部叛者皆遁黃河北模赧山，其不叛者曷黨、烏迷兩部因據其地，今復西遷，詰之則曰逐水草，不早圖之，後恐為患。 On yiwei day Southwestern Road pacification commissioner and Political Affairs Commissioner Xiezhen reported that rebel Tangut tribes had all fled north of the Yellow River to Mo'nanshan; the non-rebel Hedang and Wumi tribes had occupied their lands and now had moved west again; when questioned they said they were following pasture and water, and if not dealt with early they might become a later menace.
