九年，駐防寧古塔章京海塞遣捕牲翼長希福率兵與戰，師敗績。 In Shunzhi 9 (1652), Hai Sai, military governor of the Ningguta garrison, sent Xifu, chief of a hunting-detail wing, against them; the Qing force was defeated.

世祖命誅海塞，鞭希福百，仍駐寧古塔。 The Shunzhi Emperor ordered Hai Sai put to death, had Xifu flogged one hundred strokes, and left him in post at Ningguta.
