〈（《宋史·楊昭儉傳》：昭儉與李濤論張彥澤不報，會有詔命朝臣轉對，或有封事，亦許以不時條奏。 (History of Song, Biography of Yang Zhaojian: Zhaojian and Li Tao raised Zhang Yanze without response. Then an edict ordered court officials to rotate in presenting remonstrance and permitted sealed memorials to be submitted at any time.

昭儉復上疏曰：「天子君臨四海，日有萬幾，懋建諍臣，彌縫其闕。 Zhaojian submitted another memorial: "The Son of Heaven rules the four seas, and ten thousand affairs press each day. Remonstrating officials should be vigorously appointed to mend the court's gaps.
