故曰，蕩蕩乎堯之為君，莫之能名。 Hence the saying, "Vast was Yao as ruler—no one could put a name to his art."

言天下自安矣，不見堯所以化之，故不能名也。 The realm was at peace of itself; people could not point to what Yao had done to change them, and so they could not describe his government.
