秋七月丙子，以耶律遂貞為遼興軍節度使，遂正北院宣徽使，張昭瑩南院宣徽使，耶律受益上京副留守，寇卿彰德軍節度使。 On bingzi day of the seventh autumn month Yelü Suizhen was made military commissioner of the Liaoxing Army, Suizheng Northern Chancellery xuanhui commissioner, Zhang Zhaoying Southern Chancellery xuanhui commissioner, Yelü Shouyi Upper Capital vice garrison commander, and Kou Qing military commissioner of the Zhangde Army.
