秋七月乙卯，以耶律信寧為奉陵軍節度使，高麗國參知政事王同顯靜海軍節度使，耶律遂忠長寧軍節度使，耿延毅昭德軍節度使，高守貞河西軍節度使。 On yimao day of the seventh autumn month Yelü Xinning was appointed military commissioner of the Fengling Army, Goryeo Associate Administrative Affairs Commissioner Wang Tongxian military commissioner of the Jinghai Army, Yelü Suizhong military commissioner of the Changning Army, Geng Yanji military commissioner of the Zhaode Army, and Gao Shouzhen military commissioner of the Hexi Army.
