文慶，字孔修，費莫氏，滿州鑲紅旗人，兩廣總督永保之孫也。 Wen Qing, whose style was Kongxiu, belonged to the Feimo clan and came from the Manchu Bordered Red Banner; he was a grandson of Yongbao, who had served as governor-general of Guangdong and Guangxi.
